Delivery Times

Customs & Import Duties

Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes or duties. These are the customer’s responsibility and may cause delays.
Charges must be settled with the shipping company before release of goods.

We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts. Customers are liable for all postal charges, customs fees, and return costs if a shipment is refused.

RETURNS

Customers may return products within 14 days of receiving their order, provided items are in their original, unused, and resellable condition.

  • We do not offer free returns — all costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for returned items until they arrive with us.

  • Customers are liable for original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any import or re-import charges.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service and insuring the parcel for its full value.

Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

DUTIES & TAXES

By law, all items must be declared at their full price. We cannot adjust values to reduce customs fees.

If a shipment is refused or customs duties/VAT are unpaid, the customer is responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Import fees incurred

  • Return costs

These amounts will be deducted from any refund.
