Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days of your order.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. The price varies on weight/size and delivery location.

Please Note: Any customs import duties or local taxes that are obtained by an international shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and they vary from country to country.

Please keep an eye on your delivery by monitoring the tracking number for updates. If you miss your delivery and do not arrange redelivery, or collection of your package within a certain amount of time (varies from country to country) this is your responsibility and we are not able to cover the cost of shipping back to you if it gets sent back to us. Re-delivery costs will need to be repaid to us to resend it.

Returns
All customers must email us within 48 hours of receiving their item to arrange an exchange or return, provided the items are in their original, unused, and resellable condition. We do not offer free returns, and all costs associated with returning your order are your responsibility.

We cannot be held accountable for returned items until we have received them.
Please note, however, that you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, and the cost of returning the goods and any import fees as well as the re-import fees that are incurred on the package (if any). We cannot be liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you use a recorded delivery service and insure the item for its value.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

Duties and taxes
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment or fail to pay customs, import duties and your local VAT, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
